As we inform your purchasing decisions, we remain conscious that the money being spent is not ours and that the premiums are, in fact, frequently burdensome to both employers and their employees’ families. Hence, we take cost analysis very seriously.
Our Cost Analysts are perfectionists: Not satisfied with the pre-fabricated quoting systems currently available, they continuously improve our in-house system, always striving for further usefulness and sophistication, i.e. illustrating advanced contribution strategies within the presentation of quotes. Most importantly, though, is their sifting of raw materials on the clients behalf; what appears in the presentation is the end result of surveying the good, the bad, and the ugly of the marketplace.
Our Cost Analysts are also our artists in residence, customizing colorful benefit overviews and election forms that maximize clarity and morale benefit for employees. If useful, we translate these customized materials into Spanish.
No matter how clear the analysis of pricing and benefits, we feel that the equipping of your decision process is incomplete without provider network analysis, so the numbers in each presentation are complemented by a chart of each carrier’s strengths and weaknesses.
