Human Resources
Employers reactions to the realm of human resources, particularly its compliance minefield, can range from frustration to denial to fear, then hopefully to gratitude for anyone handling HR for their company. Whoever bears that responsibility should have job security, given the challenges of keeping up with the ever-expanding and ever-changing necessary body of knowledge.
Sharing Louise Matheny, our Director of Human Resources, is our agencys acknowledgement of the importance and difficulty of HR and our desire to assist our clients.
