Hallmarks of our Account Managers are helpfulness, knowledge, high emotional intelligence, and teamwork. Why do we feel emotional intelligence and teamwork to be so important? Health issues can be emotional nitroglycerin-mixing the health of family members with the family finances, sometimes quickly moving to a radical level of significance. At that point, people dont want to go to a website, and they dont want to have to navigate an insurance carriers phone labyrinth while juggling matters at the pharmacy, doctors offices and/or the hospital. These times of need are when our Account Managers engage powerfully with your employees or their family members.
Each client group has a team captain or Account Manager, who everyone in your organization including their family members are all encouraged to contact. Though your Account Manager works as the lead on day-to-day service for your group, she is far from alone: Backed by a team of fellow Account Managers, she also coordinates your service with team members who focus on provider relations, human resources, and individual health insurance. Moreover, each of our Account Managers is either bilingual or has the support of a Bilingual Service Representative.
