    Commercial Lines department manager Barbara Sutton has almost 40 years of insurance experience, 21 of them have been spent with Morris & Garritano.  Before coming to M&G Barbara managed large accounts for AON.  Barbara has based her career on a professional passion for protecting the financial well-being of our clients. 

    Barbara's interests include spending time with family and pets.

    Personal Lines Department Manager Celia Hughes has over 30 years of experience at Morris & Garritano Insurance.  She’s committed to ensuring your experience with Morris & Garritano always has a personal touch.  Her community service includes participation with various non-profits throughout the Central Coast, including serving on the Board of Directors for Hotline as President.

    Celia’s interests include spending time with her family, sewing and designing costumes, and enjoying art. She studied at Cuesta College after spending her early years in Alaska.

    Employee Benefits Department Manager Celia Silacci has served the department for more than 20 years at Morris & Garritano and is native to San Luis Obispo.  She currently holds a Life & Health license.  Her community involvement includes coaching girls' soccer in Paso Robles & Templeton for AYSO.

    In her spare time, Celia enjoys running, hiking, camping, cycling and backpacking, not to mention attending music festivals with friends.  She is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XIII.

    Surety Manager and Sales Executive Pam Hummel has 25 years of surety bond experience, including production and account management.  She is active in trade associations, including CFMA, AGC of California, NASBP (National Association of Surety Bond Producers), CICPAC (Construction Industry CPA’s and Consultants) as well as past President of the Surety Underwriters Association of Southern California.  She has two daughters and her hobbies include: reading, writing, running, soccer, live music, watching college football and basketball, photography and baking.
