    Employee Benefits Sales Executive Paul Hoover has helped keep the agency on the cutting edge of employee benefits strategy for over twenty years. Paul’s experience as past Chief Executive Officer of a large hotel management company and Morris & Garritano enrich his counsel to clients. His community involvement includes Vice Chair on the Board of Directors of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance.

    Paul’s interests include running Stillwaters Vineyards & Winery with his wife Patricia, snowboarding, fishing and water skiing. He graduated from Cal Poly and did coursework in Corporate Finance and Strategy at UC Berkeley.

    Employee Benefits Sales Executive and Principal David Morgan joined Morris & Garritano after teaching at Cal Poly and Mission College Preparatory. His community involvement includes Rotary, Mission College Preparatory Board of Regents, Human Resources Association of the Central Coast and Estero Bay Surf Club.

    His interests are spending time with family and surfing. David graduated from UC Berkeley and received his master’s degree at Cal Poly. He is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XII.

    Before joining Morris & Garritano, Employee Benefits Sales Executive and Central Coast native, Ben Hoover worked as an associate for a healthcare consulting company out of San Francisco.  His community involvement includes various charity auctions throughout California and involvement with the local wine community.

    Ben's interests include snowboarding, wakeboarding, hunting and fishing.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy and their Vizsla puppy.  He graduated Cum Laude from Cal Poly with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Wine and Viticulture.


  • Jon Pollock

    Jon Pollock joined Morris & Garritano in 2005 and leads our Estate & Financial Planning department.  After attending Santa Clara University he worked in the finance industry in San Francisco.  He has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation after completing advanced courses in several topics including insurance, investments, taxation, employee benefits, estate planning, accounting, management and economics.   Jon leads the Estate & Financial Planning Department focusing on helping our clients protect and grow their assets.  In addition, he will help create a plan to distribute the assets to heirs in a tax efficient manner.

    His community involvement includes serving as the current President of Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County.  Jon is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XIII and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.   During his free time, his interests include running, golfing, playing music and reading.
