    Property & Casualty Sales Executive, Principal, and Sales Director, Brendan Morris, is now over 17  years into a career that traces both his father's and grandfather's footsteps. Brendan values the importance of community and industry involvement. His participation has included the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and SLO Symphony Boards as well as the Mission College Preparatory Board of Regents. Additionally, he was part of the SLO Leadership Class XI, the 2006 Pacific Coast Business Times 40 under 40, the 2006 Tribune Top 20 under 40, and a member of the Employers Insurance Group President's Council.

    Brendan and his wife, Vicky, live in San Luis Obispo with their two girls. The girls both attend Old Mission School, Brendan's alma mater. In addition to spending time with his family, Brendan enjoys playing softball, golf, and going to Dodger games. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a degree in Finance.

    Chief Operating Officer Kerry Morris has led the agency for almost ten years, working beside her father, Greg, and her brother Brendan.  Her community involvement includes service to the French Hospital Foundation & Community Boards.  She has also served on the Executive Leadership team for the local American Heart Association as well as the IBA West Service Corp Board for the state of California, which she currently chairs.

    Kerry’s passions include reading, running and staying active outdoors.  She graduated from Santa Clara University in 1998.


  • Gabe Garcia

    Gabe Garcia, a San Luis Obispo native, joined Morris & Garritano as Chief Financial Officer in early 2010.  Although a relative newcomer to the insurance industry, he brings over fourteen years experience to Morris & Garritano from prior employment as a CFO for a large real estate development project and as a CPA at both nationally  and locally-based public accounting firms. 

    He has been a member of Kiwanis San Luis Obispo and has served on the Cal Poly Accounting Discipline Advisory Board, the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Committee, and the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Task Force for Affordable Housing. Other community involvement has included being a Mentor with the Family Care Network.

    Gabe graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  He later earned a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.  Mr. Garcia is a CPA licensed in the State of California.

    Gabe enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young children at activities such as hiking, camping, and traveling.

    Employee Benefits Sales Executive and Principal David Morgan joined Morris & Garritano after teaching at Cal Poly and Mission College Preparatory. His community involvement includes Rotary, Mission College Preparatory Board of Regents, Human Resources Association of the Central Coast and Estero Bay Surf Club.

    His interests are spending time with family and surfing. David graduated from UC Berkeley and received his master’s degree at Cal Poly. He is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XII.


  • Jon Pollock

    Jon Pollock joined Morris & Garritano in 2005 and leads our Estate & Financial Planning department.  After attending Santa Clara University he worked in the finance industry in San Francisco.  He has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation after completing advanced courses in several topics including insurance, investments, taxation, employee benefits, estate planning, accounting, management and economics.   Jon leads the Estate & Financial Planning Department focusing on helping our clients protect and grow their assets.  In addition, he will help create a plan to distribute the assets to heirs in a tax efficient manner.

    His community involvement includes serving as the current President of Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County.  Jon is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XIII and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.   During his free time, his interests include running, golfing, playing music and reading.
