Jon Pollock joined Morris & Garritano in 2005 and leads our Estate & Financial Planning department. After attending Santa Clara University he worked in the finance industry in San Francisco. He has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation after completing advanced courses in several topics including insurance, investments, taxation, employee benefits, estate planning, accounting, management and economics. Jon leads the Estate & Financial Planning Department focusing on helping our clients protect and grow their assets. In addition, he will help create a plan to distribute the assets to heirs in a tax efficient manner.
His community involvement includes serving as the current President of Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County. Jon is a graduate of SLO Leadership Class XIII and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. During his free time, his interests include running, golfing, playing music and reading.

Personal Lines Sales Executive Heather McMillan has lived in SLO most of her life and has been with Morris & Garritano since 2006. Before coming to M&G she worked as an underwriter for Allied Insurance.
Her interests include running, hiking, shopping, eating out at local restaurants and strolling in downtown SLO. She graduated from Cal Poly in 2004 with a B.S. in Business.
